DJ Services for All Events
Throughout my 6 years of DJ-ing, I’ve played at many different types of events and parties. I started out as a DJ in College Station for Fraternity and Sorority events, and grew from there. I have played events in Houston, College Station, Hearne, Ft. Worth, Dallas, and more.
Weddings
I have played at many weddings over the past 4 years. I am very willing and eager to listen to the client because I know these days are incredibly important and special for the bride and groom, and their families as well. I work well with weddings planners, and am always willing to be flexible. I also offer MC services along with music during dinner and the reception
Social Events
I started out playing social events in college and love the comfortable atmosphere. From date parties to formals, I’ve played in many different environments and always have a blast reading the crowd and playing music people love. I cover lots of genres, such as today’s Top 40, hip-hop/rap, 2000’s pop hits, EDM, and more
Concerts
Having played one concert of my own in College Station, I am always looking for new shows and gigs. The DJ Shepherd Showcase was hosted at the Grand Stafford, the premier concert hall in College Station. I have also been a DJ for an up and coming artist, Justin Starling, and am willing to work will other newer artists performing in Texas
About Me
My name is Hunter Lukken, and I’m from Dallas, Texas. Since going to College Station for school in 2014, I’ve picked up DJ-ing and music production as a love of mine. I graduated from Texas A&M in 2018 with a degree in Computer Engineering, so I didn’t spend as much time as I would’ve liked behind the sound boards. I currently work professionally as a computer scientist in Houston, but still play lots of events in the area. I work on music production nearly every day, and am hoping to progess to the point where I can travel and live off of my earnings as a professional DJ. Playing music for people is not only a hobby, but an obsession of mine. I am much more comfortable being behind a music controller than attending an event, so I take nearly every opportunity I get to perform for others!
